Ilé Ẹjọ́ Dá Ọkùnrin Kan Lẹ́jọ́ Ẹwọ̀n Ọdún Mẹ́rin Lórí Oògùn Olóró
Ilé Ẹjọ́ Gíga ti Ìjọba Àpapọ̀ (Federal High Court) ní Ìbàdàn ti dá ọkùnrin kan, Sunday Akande, lẹ́jọ́ ẹ̀wọ̀n ọdún mẹ́rin (4) fún títà 360g ti Cannabis (Igbó) àti 2g ti Methamphetamine (Oògùn Olóró mìíràn).
Nínú ìdájọ́ rẹ̀, Adájọ́ Nkeonye Maha dá Akande lẹ́jọ́, ó sì sọ pé ó jẹ̀bi lórí ẹ̀rí tí Àjọ Tó Ń Rí Sí Oògùn Olóró (NDLEA) fi sílẹ̀.
Adájọ́ Maha tún kìlọ̀ pé ìjìyà tó le sí i ni yóò dúró de ẹni tí wọ́n dá lẹ́jọ́ náà tí wọ́n bá tún mú u wá fún ẹ̀ṣẹ̀ mìíràn lẹ́yìn tí ó bá parí ìgbà ẹ̀wọ̀n rẹ̀.
Adájọ́ náà sọ pé: “Nítorí náà, wọ́n dá Akande lẹ́jọ́ ẹ̀wọ̀n ọdún mẹ́rin kọ̀ọ̀kan fún ẹ̀sùn àkọ́kọ́ àti èkejì, ìdájọ́ náà yóò sì bẹ̀rẹ̀ nígbà kan náà. NDLEA yóò sì pa àwọn ohun èlò tí wọ́n rí lọ́wọ́ rẹ̀ run.”

Tẹ́lẹ̀, amòfin NDLEA ní Ìpínlẹ̀ Ọ̀yọ́, Mr. Daniel Otunla, ti sọ fún ilé ẹjọ́ pé ẹni tí wọ́n dá lẹ́jọ́ náà ṣe ẹ̀ṣẹ̀ náà ní nǹkan bí oṣù January, ní agbègbè Gate ní Ìbàdàn.
Otunla fi kún un pé àwọn òṣìṣẹ́ NDLEA gba ìròyìn látọ̀dọ̀ àwọn ará Nàìjíríà tí ó jẹ wọ́n lógún pé Akande ń ta oògùn olóró.
Gẹ́gẹ́ bí agbẹnusọ náà, wọ́n mú ẹni tí wọ́n dá lẹ́jọ́ náà pẹ̀lú àpò kan tí ó ní 360g ti Cannabis sativa (Igbó) àti 2g ti Methamphetamine, èyí tí ó jẹ́ ohun èlò tí ó ń yí èrò inú ènìyàn pa dà.
